5th Informal Meeting at Butchers Arms
7th Cilcain Walk
12th Informal Meeting at Butchers Arms
14th Wrexham Country Park Walk – 6:15pm. Wrexham Country Park / Alyn Waters. This walk willk be lead by Ian Parker and takes us along a section of the River Alyn. We will be meeting at the car park by Bradley Cricket ground and not the main car park on the A541 (The gates for this car park are locked early). From Caergwrle take the A541 towards Wrexham. At the end of the short section of dual carriageway take the left turn to Bradley (opposite petrol station). Follow this down to the cricket club which is before the bridge.
18th. The long awaited revisit to Porth Wen with John Roberts. A small group gathered for this walk last year and had one of the best days of the summer season. We shall be meeting at the Parys Mountain Car Park at 10:00am. ( I will forward more details as soon as Bob provides them.)
19th Informal Meeting at Butchers Arms
24th Llandudno Walk – 11:00am – The final walk for July takes us to Llandudno and I will leading this walk. We plan to take some photos around the town and along the promenade before a lunch break. After lunch there will a chance to take some photos on and around the pier before a trip up the Orme. Parking is difficult in Llandudno, particularly at weekends, so I shall leave it up individuals to find their own parking. We shall meet on the promenade opposite the George Hotel at 11:00am

18th Ogwen Valley Walk. 2:00pm Walk will be lead by Andy Polakowski
25th Portrait Session, Greenfield Valley – 5:30pm

13th. End of Summer Season Party. Admission is by ticket only which are available from Events Secretary, Bob Morgan at a cost of £2.50 each.

Members will be asked to supply the original images to support their entries. In the case of prints the supporting images should be supplied as digital JPG’s.

7th Submission Date : AV Competition. Open with a maximum length of 5 minutes and must contain at least one soundtrack which can be music or a voiceover or a mixture of both. Limited to one entry per member

Submission Date: Competition. Subject : Famous Landmarks. 3 landmarks/locations have been chosen as follows: Cilcain Church; Llandudno Pier; Mold High Street. All entries must be one of the named landmarks/locations. Only one entry for each landmark/location per section (DPI/Prints). Therefore to enter 3 images you must include all 3 landmarks/locations. Entries do not have to show the full landmark/location but it must be obvious that the correct landmark/location has been photographed.
